We’re looking for a passionate team member to lead and execute a broad range of strategic initiatives and spearhead our growth in Australia and international markets.
The role is focused on managing growth opportunities across 4 pillars:
- Design and execute initiatives to generate leads and convert them into long term clients
- Develop new products and execute the underlying go to market strategy
- Build partnerships to scale our business while creating value for the FMCG & Retail industry
- Take a key role in the definition and execution of our international expansion
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, who can work effectively in a high-pace environment, can manage C-level clients and juggle with a variety of projects.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a significant impact on both our business and the FMCG industry while working in a small but growing team in close collaboration with the founders. You will...
- Report to our CEO and work in close relationship with our founding team
- Provide recommendations on new products and execute their go-to-market strategy including value proposition communication and sales channel prioritisation
- Define our customer acquisition strategy to reach, engage and convert different customer segment into leads and ultimately long-term clients
- Design & implement lead generation initiatives
- Promote Snooper products and lead client meetings
- Understand clients’ needs and provide recommendations on how Snooper’s value proposition can help them meet their business objectives
- Build commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with C-Level executives to design perfect store strategies and leverage various Snooper solutions to grow their brands
- Define customer retention strategy to keep clients engaged, grow existing key accounts and drive recurring sales by building long-term client relationships and position Snooper as a strategic partner in their digital transformation
- Design partnership strategy and build partnerships with industry bodies and leading data companies to create additional growth channel opportunities for Snooper
- Contribute to our content strategy to position Snooper as the voice of the FMCG industry
- Drive our international expansion by building and executing the launch and growth of Snooper in new countries
- Collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to make sure we deliver actionable insights to our clients
You have...
- Bachelor degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Business, STEM)
- Experience in FMCG or top tier management consulting
- Passion for results and ready to go the extra mile to deliver value for our clients and team
- A structured approach to problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking
- Really good organisation skills to prioritise your work and communicate on deadlines
- A knack for building consensus and generating enthusiasm for new projects
- Very strong listening skills and excellent business sense to understand our clients’ needs and shape our product into solutions
- Strong analytical skillset to help our clients extract the best insights from the data collected
